Our self-drive adventures are designed to provide you with an affordable product; whether it’s a budget or an upmarket holiday, we cater for those who are looking for a value-for-money safari experience…

Come and join us! We have created exciting travel adventures, experiences and holidays with your own or a rented vehicle on one of our guided overland tours and self-drive safaris tours and expeditions. We love travelling off the beaten track.  Most of our trips will be on gravel roads, jeep tracks and the lesser known routes and trails. Many of our guided overland tours and self-drive safaris include some of the most scenic routes in Southern Africa.

You do not have to be experienced in overlanding, safaris or driving a 4×4 vehicle off-road.

Your adventure guides have many years of experience and will guide you every step of the way.

Many of our guests drive an off-road 4×4 (or 2×4) vehicle for the first time when they go on our adventures, don’t be intimidated by this; it will be an experience you will never forget!  We will share and teach as much as we can and by the end of the tour you would have forgotten your first day nervousness. Where the Adventure Starts!

WELCOME TO A PLACE WHERE WE WILL MAKE YOUR DREAMS COME TRUE…

Overlanding and safari travel adventures and holidays are not only for 4×4’s. We have many opportunities where you can come and enjoy an overland adventure with your 4×2 or SUV. Many of our tours are created with this in mind and for this type of vehicle. We will always be there to assist you.

We also guide self-drive day-trips in the Western Cape where we will take you on some of the most scenic routes and trails. You have the option to discuss your self-drive requirements with us and we will custom create a dream travel adventure for you, your family and friends. You tell us where you want to go and what you want to see, we will do the research and plan the route and requirements.

 

We do exploration adventure tours every now and then. If you are keen to do one of these “recce” overland tours where we explore new areas, you are welcome to join in. These 4×4 self-drive tours are offered at discounted rates. We will do all the research before and ensure an enjoyable trip; these overland tours are all about exploration and discovering new places. You need your own vehicle (4×4 or 4×2), fuel and a few other items as per the tour requirements and join in on this adventure.

Camping is where it all started; camping where no one normally camps.  We love to go on camping holidays, adventures and safaris.  Most of the accommodation consists of camping out of the way and rush and off the beaten track. We try and avoid the typical caravan type camping sites. We will always try and find the best campsites, and in most cases it will be very remote and rustic. Sometimes you will get spoiled with some nice lodge accommodation. A different experience…

 

Our mission is to provide a comfortable, personal and interactive overland safari adventure holiday in the form of guided overland tours. We have positioned ourselves to provide customers with a unique travel product and holidays they desire, whether it’s on a budget or upmarket. We cater for those who are looking for a value-for-money experiences or adventures. Some of our adventure tours are short weekend trips and others are longer.  It does not matter which you prefer, but we will have a tour that suits your requirements.

We love adventure travelling. Exploring new places and sites is what we do. Taking that lesser known turn-off is why we know about the secret places; we will take you there and share these places with you. We like stopping along the way if time allows. Waiting for something to happen at a waterhole can be very rewarding.  We are not going to rush to the next campsite or overnight stop, you determine the pace. We get up early and we are never in a rush.

We have many years of safari experience in overlanding and self-drive 4×4 travel all over Africa: planning trips, arranging logistics and figuring out technical requirements for overlanding and remote camping and safaris. We are keen to share these adventures with you.

Our guided 4×4 overland tours allow us to take you into the wild and connect you with the most wonderful landscapes on earth, to broaden your horizons, to be exposed to the wild, to be hungry for adventures and embrace the unknown. LET’s GO!
