Begin your adventure at Hammerstein Lodge Campsite, nestled amidst the rugged landscapes. Meet your guides and fellow travelers, camp, and enjoy your first night under Namibia's star-studded skies.
DAY 2 - (SUN)
Hammerstein Lodge to Sesriem campsite
The next morning, drive to the iconic Sesriem Campsite, where you'll stay for two nights. Explore the dramatic dunes of Sossusvlei, the haunting beauty of Deadvlei, and the impressive Sesriem Canyon. Witness breathtaking sunrises and sunsets over the desert.

Sesriem Campsite to Alte Brücke Campsite

Ongongo Waterfall Campsite to Omarunga Lodge Campsite
Arrive at Omarunga Lodge Campsite, located near the magnificent Epupa Falls on the Cunene River. Spend two days exploring the falls, visiting Himba villages, and immersing yourself in the local culture.

Enter Etosha National Park, one of Africa's premier wildlife destinations. Camp at Olifantsrus Campsite, a remote site with a viewing platform overlooking a waterhole, is perfect for spotting wildlife like elephants, lions, and rhinos.

Etosha National Park - Okaukuejo Resort
Conclude your journey at Okaukuejo Resort, renowned for its floodlit waterhole. Spend your last night watching animals gather under the moonlight, reflecting on the incredible memories of your Namibian adventure

WHAT DO YOU NEED?
- A fully serviced reliable 4x4 vehicle with low range in a very good condition.
- Fuel range for at least 800km (mainly sandy travel, some mud and water crossings)
- Suitable recovery gear and quality tire repair kit.
- All your drinking water, meals, drinks, and snacks for at least 9 days.
- All Camping gear
- Firewood (as much as you can)
- First Aid Kit as per your requirements
- Valid Driver’s License
- A passport that is valid for at least 6 months with a minimum 2 blank visa pages for entry and exit stamps. Children below the age of 18 will also need valid passports, certified unabridged birth certificates, and a letter of consent from the other parent should the minor be traveling with only one parent.
- If the vehicle is your own, a certified copy of vehicle registration/vehicle license papers is acceptable at the border posts. This must be accompanied by a letter from the bank giving you authorisation to take the vehicle across the border and must indicate dates. Both the bank letter and copies of license papers should be signed by a Commissioner of Oaths.
- If the vehicle is rented or not registered in your name, you will need an affidavit from the South African police giving you permission from the rental company or owner to take the vehicle across the border. Both this letter and the registration documents need to be signed by a Commissioner of Oaths.
- Your vehicle must have a ZA sticker, which designates that they are foreign vehicles which were registered in South Africa. AA Accredited Sales Agent stores and outdoor retailers like Safari Centre will have them available for purchase.
- Third-Party Insurance valid for 90 Days
- All Fees relative to the border crossing; Insurance, etc.
