Instructions:
- Remove yeast packet from bottle 2. Empty contents of bottle into a mixing bowl 3. Add yeast to ingredients in bowl & mix 4. Add 1½ cups(375ml) warm water & mix well with spatula 5. Cover bowl & leave to rise until double in size 6. Spray or grease a 22cm loaf tin 7. Transfer dough from mixing bowl to loaf tin & let it rise until the dough has filled the loaf tin 8. Now bake at 180°C for 50 min The “dough” will be very wet and sloppy, not kneadable at all – this is what you want!
